   Shani Galarza aka mini aka neener  .... I have many aliases bahaha

2.where did you grow up

 

  The O.C 

3. at what age did you recognize your knack for fashion

 

   It's hard to say really , I mean my mom has pics of me with her high heels on decked out in her clothing and over sized glasses  at age 2 so.... I I'd like to think birth.

4.when did you become interested in vintage clothing

 

   Well again this kinda goes back to my mom and sister since they both have always      loved clothing from different genres I really grew up going to thrift/consignment  stores all the time , but I would say around the age of 7 or 8.

5.what is your favorite band

 

    Wow that's a tough one , too many to pick from .....  Stones , Beatles , Iggy Pop , Lou

 Reed,  the Kills ... you see the list can go on and on so I'm gonna stop there.

6.do you think it will be hard for you to part with some of your pieces

 

 Absolutely 

 

7.describe yourself in one word

       

   charming  

8.describe your love of fashion in one sentence

   It's a never ending love affair that's addicting like nothing in the world  

9.who is your favorite designer

   Again that's a tough one , I'm currently obsessed with Jill Sander anything that Chloe

    Sevigny gets her hands on and the girls behind Stylestalker ...  but the list can go on 

    and on

10.if you could get the vintage clothing PICK OF THE LITTER from any decade. What decade would it be?

 

     60's

      

11.why that decade

 

  Well to be honest  I'm really a dress kinda girl and in the 60's you got all the best cuts and lengths , from minis to bohemian floor lengths which for me are ideal . 

12.its been said that music and fashion go hand in hand, influencing one another. which is it music influencing fashion, or fashion influencing music

   I think there are just so many interesting people in these scenes  that they all just feed 

   off  each other creatively , so both . 

    

13.if you opened a store... where would it be

 

    I would like to start in LA but also do New York.

    Both 

15.if Bijou was discovered. would you give it all up to become a stage mom

     

    To Clarify to those who don't know who Bijou is , he is my multi talented multipoo and

  are  you kidding me , in a heart beat !
